Requirements: 2+ years experience in the mortgage brokerage industry as a licensed agent, reliable, trustworthy and proven worth ethic.
John Description: This role is mainly a desk position where you are following up on mortgage leads provided and pursuing your own referral business. You will have your own office and experienced mortgage assistant support for documentation. The office and assistant overhead will be paid for by brokerage with agreed upon commission split. You will have close mentorship and guidance from the Broker of record. Expected production will be 40 million + in originations by end of 2nd year.
