Mortgage Agent/Broker Job Description

• Remote or Office work available
• FULL TIME only
• Strong understanding of Private and Alternative lending practices
• For Ontario, BC, and AB
• Looking for Team Leaders (Override/Affiliate income provided)

You are:
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Focused on solution-based results for clients
• Driven to succeed by disciplined work habits
• Thrive in a flexible environment with good self-management skills
• Minimum of 3 years or 60 deals processed
• A person that can grow Channel organization for our new Small HELOC product
• Well-versed in the digital mortgage process, LOVE to use CRMs, and can survive in a paperless office
• Work off a business plan with Goals and expectations
• You can work in a team atmosphere

Qualifications:
• MUST be licensed as a Mortgage Agent or Broker
• Committed, persistent, and determined to succeed
• Real Estate and technology knowledge is an asset.
• Proven track record
• Provide effective customer service and value-added service
• Promote high standards and ethical behavior.
• Ability to work independently when needed
• The ability to speak other languages is an asset
